The successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture-related field, or alternative equivalent work experience
• Experience in sire acquisition and/or knowledge of genetically superior Holstein sires
• Proven ability to develop and manage a brand including marketing, positioning, pricing, promotion, product development and product management
• Experience in budget management
• Microsoft Office Suite software experience

• Define the global strategic direction for the St. Jacobs brand and product offering.
